Testimonials

We got our tiles more than 25 years ago. We were told that we had a solvent sealer on our tiles, which apparently most companies wouldn't be able to strip off. However we rang a couple of places to check them out. No luck. A friend of mine recommended Tile Cleaners. We rang the guys and they agreed to have a look the next day. We decided to go ahead with the job after getting a satisfactory quote. Tile Cleaners team stripped and resealed our old tiles. We are very grateful for your help guys. Thank you again.

I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. Sorry for the pain I caused, and again thank you.

When I moved into my new house, I was shocked by how dirty and old the tiles in the entire house looked. I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be like that or if they were just really dirty. I decided to call Tile Cleaners and ask them to have a look and tell me what I could do to improve the look of my tiles. Tile Cleaners ® came the same weekend and managed to make my tiles look brand new. They also informed me that the sealer would protect my tiles for years to come. Amazing! Thank you guys! My floor looks gorgeous.

Other FAQs :

  • Q: What are the signs or indicators that suggest my marble floors are ready for cleaning?
  • A: When your marble floors begin to appear dull and matte, even after regular cleaning, it is a clear sign that they are due for professional cleaning. This loss of luster can occur over time as the protective sealant wears off. Additionally, if you notice that your marble tiles are becoming more susceptible to staining, it indicates that the previous sealer has deteriorated and immediate resealing is necessary to prevent permanent stains. By addressing these signs promptly, you can restore the natural beauty of your marble floors and protect them from further damage.
    • Q: What steps can I take to maintain the fresh appearance of my marble tiles?
    • A: To maintain the fresh appearance of your marble tiles, it is recommended to follow a regular cleaning routine. Tile Cleaning suggests cleaning the tiles weekly using a damp microfiber cloth and a mild detergent to remove any dirt or grime from the surface. It is important to avoid using strong detergents that contain acid or alkali, as they may affect the sealer. Instead, opt for mild detergents and pH-neutral substances. Additionally, to provide an extra layer of protection against staining, Tile Cleaning advises sealing your marble tiles with one of their highest quality sealers. Sealing is considered the best form of protection for marble tiles, helping to preserve their appearance and prevent staining. By following these recommendations, you can keep your marble tiles looking new and enhance their longevity.
      • Q: When is the best time to seal marble floors, and what are the indicators that suggest my marble floors are in need of sealing?
      • A: The best time to seal marble floors is immediately after installation to provide proactive protection against accidental staining or damage. To determine if your marble floors require sealing, look for patchy areas on the floor where the sealant may have worn off. Additionally, if you notice that the marble tiles are becoming more susceptible to staining, it indicates that the existing sealer has deteriorated, and resealing is necessary to maintain the integrity and appearance of your marble floors. By addressing these signs promptly, you can ensure the long-term beauty and protection of your marble floors.
        • Q: Is it possible to remove a stain from my marble floor?
        • A: If the stain on your marble floor is recent and has not deeply set in, there is a good chance that it can be removed. However, it is important to note that complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. The commitment of Tile Cleaning is to clean the floor to the best possible condition. The success of stain removal also depends on whether the marble tiles have been previously sealed or not. Some stains may penetrate the natural stone and settle below the surface, making them more challenging to clean. To prevent future staining and maintain the appearance of your marble floors, Tile Cleaning recommends a comprehensive process that involves stripping, cleaning, and sealing the marble floor. This approach provides protection and reduces the susceptibility of your marble floors to staining.
          • Q: Does Tile Cleaning offer assistance with moving furniture when sealing the floor?
          • A: Tile Cleaning provides assistance with moving furniture during the floor sealing process. Their team of dedicated technicians is available to help with the relocation of furniture items that can be reasonably managed by one person, such as those with wheels or lightweight furniture like tables and chairs. However, it is important to keep in mind that while Tile Cleaning takes precautions to protect your belongings, they cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during the furniture moving process. To ensure the safety of valuable or fragile items, it is recommended to either relocate them to a secure area or properly secure them before the technicians arrive. By taking these necessary precautions, you can help ensure the safety of your furniture and minimize the risk of potential damage while the floor sealing process is being carried out.
