Testimonials

I was about to sell my house, but was not happy with the tiles in the dining area. The tiles were white and shiny but the grout looked really dark and dirty. I already had a potential client; however the dark grout ruined the beauty of the room. I didn't have much time to fix the grout and decided to call Tile Cleaners as my real estate agency mentioned them. As my real estate agent said, Tile cleaners responded really quickly. They also pointed out that some of the grout was coming off in the hallway when they were there, which I had not even noticed. Thank you for fixing my problem so quickly. The house is sold now and I left your details with the new owner so they can keep the tiles in good condition.

I just got new tiles laid in my house that were very expensive. I needed to get them sealed but couldn't afford to pay much for it. On the other hand I didn't want to go for a company offering cheap and unreliably services. My boss recommended Tile Cleaners, saying that the company's prices were reasonable and that they offered quality service when he used them. I contacted them and ended up doing a booking with them. It is very pleasant to know that there are companies out there who actually care about providing very high quality services for affordable prices. I gave your contacts to my sister. Thank you for the job you did

I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. Sorry for the pain I caused, and again thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

 Grout Cleaners

Other FAQs :

  • Q: What kind of grout cleaner is typically utilized by Tile Cleaning?
  • A: Tile Cleaning utilizes a low-pressure, hot water system for grout cleaning. Our advanced vapor system heats water to high temperatures, reaching up to 320 degrees. This vapor technology effectively cleans your grout by utilizing tap water, without the need for harsh chemicals. The process leaves your grout in a pH-neutral state, ensuring a thorough and environmentally friendly cleaning outcome. Our focus is on utilizing innovative and safe methods to achieve optimal results while maintaining the integrity of your grout.
    • Q: Does Tile Cleaning employ chemical cleaners in their cleaning processes?
    • A: In certain cleaning scenarios, the use of a chemical cleaner may be necessary as a pre-treatment. However, it's important to note that the chemical cleaner employed by Tile Cleaning contains no acid or bleach, as these ingredients can cause long-term damage to your grout. Following the application of the chemical solution, our vapor technology is utilized to remove discoloration and eliminate any residual chemical residue from the grout joints. It is worth mentioning that in cases where the grout is old and significantly discolored, there might be instances where we need to use chemicals that contain a minimal amount of bleach or acid. Rest assured, our aim is always to prioritize the safety and preservation of your grout while achieving the best possible cleaning outcomes.
      • Q: Does Tile Cleaning utilize a truck-mounted cleaning machine in their cleaning processes?
      • A: Tile Cleaning may use a truck-mounted cleaning machine in certain situations, taking into account the size and requirements of the job. The equipment is capable of generating pressure ranging from 1500 to 3000 psi. However, it is important to note that we adjust the pressure according to the specific type of tile and grout being treated. This precautionary measure is crucial to prevent any potential damage. Using the incorrect pressure can result in the formation of small cracks in the grout joint or exacerbate existing cracks. By carefully adjusting the pressure, we ensure that the cleaning process is effective while safeguarding the integrity of your grout and tile surfaces.
        • Q: What are the components of a proper grout maintenance routine?
        • A: A comprehensive grout maintenance routine generally involves two key steps: stripping and cleaning, followed by resealing. It is advisable to perform these tasks at least once every year or two, particularly in commercial areas that experience heavy foot traffic, where an annual cleaning schedule is recommended. By implementing this routine, you can effectively maintain the condition and longevity of your grout, ensuring its cleanliness and durability over time.
          • Q: After making the decision to proceed, what is the typical timeframe for scheduling the grout work?
          • A: Once you have made the decision to proceed with our grout work, Tile Cleaners® typically schedules appointments within a timeframe of 2 to 10 days. We strive to accommodate your needs efficiently and aim to provide prompt service. In many cases, the actual work on your grout can be completed on the same day that we come out to confirm the quote, ensuring a seamless and timely process. Our goal is to minimize any delays and complete the job promptly while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
