Testimonials

I was about to sell my business and wanted to clean and reseal my vinyl floors to improve the looks of them before having people over for inspection of the property. I did a booking with another company but was horrified when I realized that my floor was back to its horrible look in less than two weeks. I carefully looked up other cleaning companies, scared that I would chose the wrong cleaning company. A friend of mine recommended Tile Cleaners, but after what happened to my floor last time I got it cleaned I was really skeptic, but gave it a go. All I can say is thank you guys so much for a quick response and a good job. I sold the office and left your contact details with the new owner for future cleaning.

I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. Sorry for the pain I caused, and again thank you.

I just got new tiles laid in my house that were very expensive. I needed to get them sealed but couldn't afford to pay much for it. On the other hand I didn't want to go for a company offering cheap and unreliably services. My boss recommended Tile Cleaners, saying that the company's prices were reasonable and that they offered quality service when he used them. I contacted them and ended up doing a booking with them. It is very pleasant to know that there are companies out there who actually care about providing very high quality services for affordable prices. I gave your contacts to my sister. Thank you for the job you did

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What can I anticipate in terms of the process when you arrive to reseal my granite floors? - Tile and Grout Cleaning | Cleaning Granite Tiles

  • A: When our professional team arrives to reseal your granite floors, they will provide a comprehensive explanation of the job processes, ensuring complete clarity about the procedures involved. The process begins with stripping any previous sealer that may have been applied. Next, the granite floor is meticulously cleaned and neutralized to remove any dust, residue, or other elements that could impact the effectiveness of the new sealer. Once the surface is dry, a fresh sealer is applied and allowed to set. The outcome of this process is a rejuvenated granite floor that not only looks new but is also protected, making it easier to maintain in the long run.

Other FAQs :

  • Q: What is the optimal timing for sealing granite floors, and how can I determine if my granite floors currently require sealing?
  • A: The ideal moment to seal your granite floors is right after their installation, as this helps prevent any potential accidental staining or damage. If you observe patchy sealed areas on your granite tiles or notice that they are becoming more prone to staining, these are clear indications that your granite floors are in need of sealing. By addressing these signs promptly, you can ensure the long-term protection and beauty of your granite floors.
    • Q: What does the process of stripping and sealing granite tiles entail?
    • A: The process of stripping and sealing granite tiles involves removing the existing coating or sealer from the surface of the granite floor before applying a new sealant. Over time, granite flooring can become dull and lose its luster, which can negatively impact the overall aesthetics of the home. By undergoing the stripping and sealing process, you have the opportunity to restore the beautiful and radiant appearance of your granite tiles, effectively rejuvenating the flooring. This approach can save you the expense of replacing the entire flooring and instead breathe new life into your existing granite tiles.
      • Q: Can sealing my granite prevent the occurrence of efflorescence?
      • A: Efflorescence can be a common issue with porous tiles like granite. It occurs when water in the granite carries salts to the surface as it evaporates. This process leaves behind a whitish coating and can damage the finish of the granite. To prevent efflorescence, it is recommended to seal your granite tiles with a high-quality water-resistant sealer. Additionally, identifying and addressing the source of water penetration, such as a water pipe leak or damaged grout, is crucial. By sealing the tiles and resolving any water-related issues, you can minimize the occurrence of efflorescence and maintain the quality and appearance of your granite floors.
        • Q: Do you offer restoration services for benchtops?
        • A: Unfortunately, our services specifically focus on granite floors and walls, and we do not offer restoration work for benchtops.
          • Q: Is it possible for granite to get damaged?
          • A: Granite, like any solid surface, can be damaged by extremely hard blows that can cause chips on its surface. However, it is possible to repair such chips by filling them with a mixture of granite dust and epoxy. Under normal everyday use, granite is unlikely to crack, but it may be susceptible to cracking during shipping and installation. It is worth noting that granite is one of the hardest stones in the world, and it can only be scratched by another piece of granite or a specialized granite tool.
