Other FAQs :
- Q: What is the difference between your honing service and polishing service?
- A: Honing and polishing produce fairly opposite results. Polishing produces a smooth reflective finish while honing produces a more matte finish.
- Q: How will you charge me for polishing my surfaces?
- A: Tile Cleaners® charge per square meter for each separate room. There is a price list on the Tile Cleaners® website for you to review. Before we begin our work we will measure each room individually, confirm the work to be carried out as well as confirm all costs with you.
- Q: How do I measure the size of the area to be polished?
- A: We recommend that you measure each room separately. The simplest way to measure is by multiplying the width by the length. For example a room that is 3 meters long and 2 meters wide is 3 X 2 = 6m2 in total.
- Q: How do I know when my floors require polishing?
- A: You will know it's time to have your tiles professionally polished once your floors start looking scratched, dull and matte, even after you have given them an efficient domestic clean.
- Q: Is polishing my stone a messy process?
- A: Most of our procedures use water in order to minimise dust production. Polishing can create a slurry, however by employing state-of-the-art equipment and our years of expertise, once finished your surfaces will be left in their best possible condition.
