Testimonials

I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. Sorry for the pain I caused, and again thank you.

I was about to sell my business and wanted to clean and reseal my vinyl floors to improve the looks of them before having people over for inspection of the property. I did a booking with another company but was horrified when I realized that my floor was back to its horrible look in less than two weeks. I carefully looked up other cleaning companies, scared that I would chose the wrong cleaning company. A friend of mine recommended Tile Cleaners, but after what happened to my floor last time I got it cleaned I was really skeptic, but gave it a go. All I can say is thank you guys so much for a quick response and a good job. I sold the office and left your contact details with the new owner for future cleaning.

I just got new tiles laid in my house that were very expensive. I needed to get them sealed but couldn't afford to pay much for it. On the other hand I didn't want to go for a company offering cheap and unreliably services. My boss recommended Tile Cleaners, saying that the company's prices were reasonable and that they offered quality service when he used them. I contacted them and ended up doing a booking with them. It is very pleasant to know that there are companies out there who actually care about providing very high quality services for affordable prices. I gave your contacts to my sister. Thank you for the job you did

Other FAQs :

  • Q: What factors are typically considered when determining the pricing structure for floor sealing services?
  • A: The pricing structure for floor sealing services at Tile Cleaners® is typically determined based on the square meterage of each room. You can find a price list on the Tile Cleaners® website to get a comprehensive understanding of the costs involved. Before beginning the project, the team will measure each room and engage in a discussion with you to understand your specific requirements. They will then provide you with a detailed breakdown of the costs, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the pricing information. This transparent approach allows you to have a clear understanding of the expenses associated with the floor sealing services and ensures that there are no surprises along the way.
    • Q: How many coats of sealer are typically applied to tiles?
    • A: Typically, tiles receive 2 to 4 coats of sealer during the sealing process. However, the exact number of coats can vary depending on factors such as the desired finish and the specific characteristics of the tiles being sealed. Professionals consider these factors to determine the optimal number of sealer coats needed to achieve the desired outcome in terms of both appearance and protection for the tiles.
      • Q: What is the typical process for measuring the size of the area in floor sealing services?
      • A: When measuring the size of an area for floor sealing services, it is typically done by measuring each section individually. The process involves multiplying the width by the length of each section to calculate the area. For example, if a room has dimensions of 3 meters in length and 2 meters in width, the total area can be determined by multiplying 3 meters by 2 meters, resulting in a total of 6 square meters. This method ensures accurate measurement and calculation of the area size for proper pricing and service planning.
        • Q: If the tiles cannot be sealed, is it feasible to seal only the grout lines?
        • A: If the tiles themselves cannot be sealed, it is possible and highly recommended to seal only the grout lines. This is particularly important if the grout lines are light in color. Sealing the grout lines provides several benefits, including protection against stains and discoloration. By applying a sealer to the grout lines, you create a barrier that prevents dirt, moisture, and other contaminants from penetrating the grout, making it easier to clean and maintain. Additionally, sealing the grout lines helps to extend the lifespan of the grout, reducing the need for costly regrouting in the future. Therefore, focusing on sealing the grout lines is a practical and effective approach to preserving the appearance and durability of your tiled surfaces when the tiles themselves cannot be sealed.
          • Q: How often should tiles be fully resealed?
          • A: The recommended frequency for fully resealing tiles can vary depending on factors such as the type and quality of the sealer used and the expected lifespan of the sealer. It is advised to regularly assess the condition of the tiles and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing sealer. If there are visible signs of wear, staining, or diminished protection, it may be necessary to undertake a complete resealing process. The specific timing for resealing will depend on these factors, and it is important to consistently monitor the tile's condition and consult the manufacturer's guidelines or sealer recommendations to determine the appropriate intervals for full resealing.
