Testimonials

I was about to sell my business and wanted to clean and reseal my vinyl floors to improve the looks of them before having people over for inspection of the property. I did a booking with another company but was horrified when I realized that my floor was back to its horrible look in less than two weeks. I carefully looked up other cleaning companies, scared that I would chose the wrong cleaning company. A friend of mine recommended Tile Cleaners, but after what happened to my floor last time I got it cleaned I was really skeptic, but gave it a go. All I can say is thank you guys so much for a quick response and a good job. I sold the office and left your contact details with the new owner for future cleaning.

I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. Sorry for the pain I caused, and again thank you.

I was about to sell my house, but was not happy with the tiles in the dining area. The tiles were white and shiny but the grout looked really dark and dirty. I already had a potential client; however the dark grout ruined the beauty of the room. I didn't have much time to fix the grout and decided to call Tile Cleaners as my real estate agency mentioned them. As my real estate agent said, Tile cleaners responded really quickly. They also pointed out that some of the grout was coming off in the hallway when they were there, which I had not even noticed. Thank you for fixing my problem so quickly. The house is sold now and I left your details with the new owner so they can keep the tiles in good condition.

Other FAQs :

  • Q: Can Tile Cleaners restore my floors to their original, like-new appearance?
  • A: If your grout (and stone, if applicable) have not been sealed before, it is possible that certain stains, especially in high-traffic areas, may be permanent. However, if your grout (and stone, if applicable) have been previously sealed, the sealing should have prevented the penetration of dirt and other contaminants, resulting in an excellent outcome after cleaning.
    • Q: Why should I seal my stone surface and when?
    • A: Natural surfaces are subject to deterioration and degradation of appearance through traffic, UV rays, moisture, rain, chemicals, and other impurities such as oil, gas, grease, acids and salt. This can easily result in common problems such as cracking, pitting, scaling, spalling, delamination, dusting, discolouration, efflorescence, salt damage, etc. Sealing offers excellent maintenance benefits when quality products are used such as Australia's Deepshield™ deep impregnating sealers. Sealing a stone surface will provide effective protection against permanent damage but spills should still be cleaned up as quickly as possible.
      • Q: Is it possible for Tile Cleaning to help restore the original fresh appearance of dull and discolored pavers on my front door?
      • A: Absolutely! Tile Cleaning specializes in the restoration of various types of limestone tiles, including pavers. Our team is highly experienced in providing professional cleaning and restoration services tailored specifically to rejuvenate limestone pavers. With our expertise, you can trust that we will effectively address the dullness and discoloration of your pavers on the front door. Our comprehensive cleaning treatment is designed to thoroughly clean and restore the natural color, leaving your limestone pavers looking fresh and revitalized. Rest assured, our goal is to deliver outstanding results and ensure your pavers are in their best possible condition.
        • Q: Why did the tile supplier recommend sealing my porcelain tiles while the tiler advised against it?
        • A: Porcelain tiles can be a source of confusion in the market, and many resources have been dedicated to clarifying the various aspects involved. It is important to note that the more inquiries you make, the more perplexed you may become. As a general guideline, textured and honed porcelain tiles typically do not require sealing, while polished porcelain tiles often benefit from it. This may seem counterintuitive, as the polishing process creates tiny pores that are prone to staining. Applying a high-quality penetrating sealer can effectively fill these pores and provide reliable stain protection. On the other hand, textured porcelain tiles usually require thorough cleaning due to their rough surface. If you find yourself uncertain, conducting a stain test can be helpful. Obtain a sample stone or an off-cut and attempt to stain it using substances commonly found in that particular area. If staining occurs, it indicates a potential benefit to having the porcelain tiles sealed.
          • Q: How can I accurately measure the size of the stone area?
          • A: To obtain an accurate measurement of the stone area, we suggest measuring each room individually. Simply multiply the width by the length of the room. For instance, if a room measures 3 meters in length and 2 meters in width, the calculation would be 3 * 2 = 6m² in total.
