Testimonials

I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. Sorry for the pain I caused, and again thank you.

I just got new tiles laid in my house that were very expensive. I needed to get them sealed but couldn't afford to pay much for it. On the other hand I didn't want to go for a company offering cheap and unreliably services. My boss recommended Tile Cleaners, saying that the company's prices were reasonable and that they offered quality service when he used them. I contacted them and ended up doing a booking with them. It is very pleasant to know that there are companies out there who actually care about providing very high quality services for affordable prices. I gave your contacts to my sister. Thank you for the job you did

When I moved into my new house, I was shocked by how dirty and old the tiles in the entire house looked. I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be like that or if they were just really dirty. I decided to call Tile Cleaners and ask them to have a look and tell me what I could do to improve the look of my tiles. Tile Cleaners ® came the same weekend and managed to make my tiles look brand new. They also informed me that the sealer would protect my tiles for years to come. Amazing! Thank you guys! My floor looks gorgeous.

Other FAQs :

  • Q: How can I assess whether my stone surface has been adequately sealed?
  • A: You can determine if your stone surface has been effectively sealed by conducting a water test. Pour a small amount of water onto the surface and observe its behavior. If the water is quickly absorbed into the surface, it indicates that the surface requires sealing as it is not adequately protected. However, if the water forms into small beads and remains on the surface without being absorbed, it suggests that the surface has been properly sealed and the sealer is providing the desired level of protection. This simple water test can help you assess the effectiveness of the seal and determine if any resealing is necessary to maintain the surface's protection and appearance.
    • Q: What specific elements or procedures are included in Tile Cleaning restoration services?
    • A: Tile Cleaning restoration services encompass a range of essential elements and processes to effectively clean and restore stone floors. The process involves employing high-pressure cleaning techniques that effectively remove dirt, grime, and stains from the stone tiles. We also utilize top-quality cleaning products specifically formulated for stone surfaces. • Q: Why do I still see marks on my polished marble/limestone/travertine even though it has been sealed?
      • A: Even though your polished marble/limestone/travertine has been sealed, you may still notice marks on the surface. It's important to understand that these marks are often not stains but rather etches. Acid-sensitive stones, such as these, can be affected by any acid, which can lead to a loss of polish and the creation of a dull or frosty surface. For example, red wine can cause both a stain and an etch on unsealed stone, but on a sealed stone, only the etch may be visible. Penetrating sealers function by sitting below the surface of the stone, preventing acid from deeply penetrating and causing stubborn stains, but they may not fully protect against surface etching. Acid can come in various forms, such as fruit juices, wine, salad dressings, or even urine in bathroom settings, and can cause damage. The good news is that this type of damage can typically be repaired.
        • Q: Can you assist in removing a stain from my stone floor?
        • A: If the stain is relatively new and hasn't deeply set into the stone, there is a good chance that we can remove it. However, we cannot provide a guarantee of complete stain removal; our assurance lies in cleaning the stain to the best possible condition. The effectiveness of stain removal also depends on whether the stone tiles have been previously sealed or not. Certain stains may penetrate the natural stone and settle below the surface, making them difficult to clean. To prevent future staining, it is essential to have us perform the process of stripping, cleaning, and sealing your stone floor. This comprehensive treatment ensures that your stone floors are protected against potential stains.
          • Q: Which specific products are utilized in the provided services?
          • A: In our services, Tile Cleaners® exclusively employs high-quality cleaners and sealers sourced from reputable industry suppliers. These products are carefully chosen to ensure their suitability and effectiveness for the specific task at hand. We prioritize using premium products to deliver optimal results in our cleaning and sealing services.
